Question about Bosch Kitchen Ranges
Halogen lamp should twist and drop out. There are two pins on the base that slip into keyholes in the socket of the range hood. I can remove one lamp but can't remove the other. It is loose but won't drop out. Any suggestions are welcome.

Believe it or not - they just unscrew like regular light bulbs. There is supposed to be a suction cup that came with the hood to replace the bulb - we lost ours. I was able to remove it by using a little bit of pressure on the face of the bulb and twisting it back and forth. The other bulb was stuck, so I made a "handle" using duct tape on the face of the bulb.

I was able to remove the base from the socket by inserting pliers and opening them so that they pressed against the inner sides of the base and then turning while exerting pressure.
