I have a 1968 Seeburg Ls2 jukebox, and I think the main fuse in the junction box is blown.I can push down on top of the fuse holder but cannot get the fuse out.Is anyone familiar with this jukebox?

In addition to pushing down on the fuse cap, you will need to also twist IE unscrew the cap about one quarter turn. the cap will then pull out and have the fuse stuck in the end of the cap. Check it with a meter set for continuity.

If the fuse remains in the the hole and not in the cap, you can use a magnet to help extract the fuse.

Yes, I'm familiar with Seeburg's, but nothing is a very big symptom. if the main fuse is blown, try another fuse of the CORRECT value. if it blows again, you have a short, (Capacitor, transformer perhaps)

Have a 1968 seeburg ls2 when no selections are made it just scans continuously and never stops until you make a selection please help

You likely have a stuck Play Control relay solenoid (Yellow circle) or the contact switch (Red Circle) is stuck closed or the cam that operates it is sticking. Also in the yellow circle. This is Located under the SCC 8
Also the contacts will tend to "weld" themselves together if the spark arresting capacitor is bad or missing. ( Blue Circle)

I have a Seeburg Select-O-Matic jukebox, model M1000, doesnt scan or move only spins, what could be the problem? It doesn't pick up the record or move at all, just spins.

I think you mean a Seeburg M100C
This is known as the "sit and spin" The main clutch is not shifting properly. This is a lubrication issue. the old grease has become glue like and is gumming everything up. The main clutch is located between the record rack and the record mechanism. Spray the s**t out of it with WD40 you may have to let it soak over night or take the record rack off. Don't remove it unless you have to. make sure that you blast that clutch (see pi of clutch) The thing at the thumb needs to move up and down freely. it work on gravity!!!

Remember you will need to spray through the record rack to get at it, so you will need a good flashlight to see it.

Make sure that the trip lever is not sticking. the can be gotten to easily. 24614542-gg2ae1cwkykr1dpptmtggk30-2-2.jpg
These pic may look slightly different from your C but the mech is basically the same. The trip lever in the pic is at rest. yours is likely up at an angle. Try raising it up or down after spraying.\

Once you get it moving again make sure you oil the piont with liquid bearings or other quality oil. Because WD40 will not keep it going it will gum up again if you don't oil. Do not over oil. it has a way of getting between contact that it's not supposed to. AND keep using it every day for a while.

I have a LPC 480 Seeburg Jukebox that scans, pick up the record, the needle touches the record, then returns the record to the carriage without playing. What can I do?

Try reading this, basically the fault can be in the mech, the amp or trip switches.

Wailing sound when 1971 seeburg juke box is started

I amnot very familiar with Seeburgs but the trip switch activates at the end of the record playing and THAT mutes the amp. The amp should also be muted until the tone arm lands on the record. So I would suggest the problem is in the amp.

I have a 1972 Seeburg that misses plays, rejects plays before they are done and will go all the way to the right and thinks it has picked up a record and get stuck there. Thanks in advance! David

Possible causes.
_Black and gray box connections are probably dirty.
_Keypad circuit board dirty (yes, this makes the jukebox make incorrect selections)
_Mis-adjusted end-of-record switch.
_In addition, a manual would help so you can go over the adjustments section to check all those and then, on top of everything else, it probably needs a lube job.
Seeburgs are the most complicated of the 45 jukes, so it might be time to call in a professional if you're not comfortable tinkering.
You can screw one up pretty bad if you aren't familiar with them.
