That's probably an incompatibility issue between the iPad and printer. Router is most likely not to blame.

We keep getting error code 51099 when we try connecting to our wireless router

  1. Try adjusting the "Channel" your wireless router broadcasts on. We highly recommend setting your wireless router to either channel 1 or 11. This can potentially increase the download speed. For information on accessing your router's settings, click here to select the brand name and model number of your router (if available).

  2. Please make sure that your router is not on our list of incompatible routers. Click here to view the list of known routers that are experience shows are incompatible. If your router is listed, then it is likely not compatible with the Wii console's online connection. If your router is not listed as being incompatible, please proceed to step #2.

  3. Verify that the proper Connection File (1, 2, or 3) is selected in the Wii System Settings. If you have multiple connection files setup, and you have recently received a system update, it is possible that the update has caused the Wii console to select a different Connection File. Click here for step-by-step instructions on viewing your connection settings.

  4. Make sure that your network's name (SSID) matches exactly to what you have entered in the Wii console's settings.
    1. Log in to your router using the default IP (consult the router's owner's manual for assistance).
    2. Look for the section for SSID (typically in the wireless settings area).
    3. After you find the SSID (network name), verify in the Internet Settings of your Wii console that the SSID is appearing exactly as listed in your router. This includes making sure capitalization, spaces, or special characters match exactly.

Cant get my wireless to work gives me a code 51031

Hi,
The reason for 51031 code is that your Wii console is not configured or is not compatible with the Wii.Check for interference that may be preventing a successful connection. Check to see if the router you are using is a known to be incompatible. If your router is known to be incompatible, try out a different router.
Make sure that the SSID (network name) matches exactly to what you have entered in the Wii console's settings. You can verify this by logging to your router's settings.Look for the section for SSID (typically in the "wireless settings" area). After you find the SSID (network name), verify in the manual settings of the Wii console that the SSID appears exactly as listed in the consumer's router. This includes making sure capitalization, spaces, or special characters match exactly.
The router may not be assigning an IP address to the Wii console, and a connection using the "Manual Settings" may be necessary.Your router may require a firmware update to work properly with the Wii console. Firmware updates can usually be found on the router manufacture website. This has to be done and it is most important factor.
Thank you !!

Unable to connect to the internet with a new loptop.

is your wifi broadcasting non-secured signal? try protecting your wireless network with a password. In your case, it might be caused by incompatible protocol like 802.11 a/b/g and if your encryption method is incompatible with your router.

Setup your encryption to WAP not WAP2 in your router interface (http;//192.168.1.1) and configure your Vista to connect to your network using that encryption.

Belkin 802.1 g

it is usually 192.168.1.1 to access that routers interface. To find out for sure:
1.Click on run
2. type in cmd and hit enter
3.type 'ipconfig' in the black box that popped up
4. the 'Default gateway' is the address that will be used to access the router page.

I would go to www.portforward.com to learn how to properly forward the ports for your router.

This should help!
