You need to clarify your problem greatly. We need to know what operating system you are using, what browser you are using, is your problem not being able to dow3nload the software or not being able toinstall it? You can be able to download before you can installit and they are separate problems.

Please give as much detail about what you do and when you getr what error message.

aAso are you using an admimnstrative account to do it?

Problem accessing facebook

First, update your java app here:
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Also, update your flash player as well. If you are using Internet explorer browser then use this flash update:
http://majorgeeks.com/Adobe_Flash_Player_for_Internet_Explorer_d5163.html

If you are using a different browser than IE then get this flash update:
http://majorgeeks.com/Adobe_Flash_Player_for_Firefox_Mozilla_Netscape_Opera_d7806.html

You should also clean out your temporary internet files. I would get a little app called CCleaner. It's totally FREE and you can clean off a ton of junk files and temporary internet files in a single click and it's super easy to use. You can get it here:
http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=5125

IF you are still having problems it is possible you have some viruses and /or malware messing with you and you should do the following:

Start your PC and press F8 several times until the boot menu comes up. Then select "Safe Mode with Networking". Now get some or ALL of the FREE programs below.

Download, Install and Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=5756

Java jre installation not complete

Hi There,

As i understand you receive an error when you run the installed program.

Please uninstall the complete downloaded software and reboot the PC. Then download the latest Java JRE (Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 7) to run all Java programs from the link given below,
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp

Once you have installed the Java JRE, again install the program and test if it works.

It will work!!

Regards,

Olafsson.
