The O2 sensor is on the exhaust pipe under the firewall and just before the catalytic converter. It has a wire on it that you need to be careful when you remove it. The sensor itself is screwed into the welded fitting on the exhaust manifold. You should use some liquid rust penetrating fluid (from the auto supply store) to help break it loose....tap the area to get the penetrating fluid in the threads. Use a socket of the appropriate size to turn it out...pop the new one in, connect the wire...
