There isn't one. To change the angular mode, press MODE, down-arrow to the third line, use left/right-arrow to select the desired mode, press ENTER, then press 2ND [QUIT].

Causes:1- the 130 deg thermostat is open. 2- working thermostat, 104 deg, defective, allowing temp to rise.3- the machine becomes hot because the water valve is stock open. machine needs to be sealed so not to allow water to boil.Water boils at 100 deg Celsius. 4- valvolino or o-rings are worn out and leaking. You need a repair shop.

Why won't my sharp EL 531W give me the correct answer for SIN e.g SIN 30 should = 0.5 but my calculator gives me 0.453990

Your calculator is set for GRAD instead of DEG, it means that it takes your input in gradian instead of degrees. You should press the DRG button until it displays DEG instead of GRAD.

My HP-12B calculator is in grad mode I need to be in deg, how do I change ?

Is there a button marked DEG->? That is the standard calculator button used to change mode. It could possibly be the shift function of another button.

What control turn on heat

OK, just set the temperature to 'Auto/Econ' on the buttons on the heater control and adjust the 'temperature' up or down with the hottter/colder buttons until it has a comfortable temperature like 68 deg. F or 72 deg. F. The system should work automatically after that.

You need to be in the degree mode. To do this push the mode button on the calculator (mine is located near the directional keys). Go down three rows to where it displays RAD DEG. Move your cursor (which is blinking) to DEG and press enter. This will highlight the DEG mode press your 2nd then CLEAR button to Quit back to the main screen.
