U can login ur ISP u can find. go to browser type your IP address for ex. http://126.96.36.199 and press enter. it ask user and password. u can login ur user id and password of your internet provider. u can find there. default user id and password is admin and admin

first of all you need to create a new connection follow these steps :Start-Connect to-Show all connection -create a new connection-connect to the internet-next -set up my connection manually-connect using a broadband connection that requiers a user name and a password-next here write the ISP name-next here introduce your user name and password that your ISP give it to you. then connect and you should have internet.

usually vpi is 0 and vci is 32 try this number for your broadband connection work for me i hope this numbers work for you also
