Question about Jandy Lite 2 Natural Gas Pilot Light Heater
Your pilot assembly might not be putting out enough voltage for the system to work. These units work on millivolts and the thermopile should be putting out 400 millivolts give or take. When it gets weak and the system call for heat there is not enough voltage to open the gas valve

Pump must be running. or filter is plugged. or pad pressure switch it's located on the plumbing inside of the heater and has 2 wires going to it., you might lightly tap it with a screwdriver LIGHTLY ! or just replace it there a fairly cheap item around $20
