Question about Water Sport
Yes! They are specifically made for use in the sea. However, like anything you wear in the sun or in saltwater, the rash guard will lose some color and elasticity over time. To keep your rash guard lasting longer, it important to wash it out thoroughly with fresh water after your take it into the salt water. I go swimming in the ocean about 3 times a month and my rash guards always last about a year or so before they become too loose to wear.

Rash guards are very popular and some brands are even designed specifically for mixed martial arts. Fighters like to wear them because they are breathable and tend to make sweat dry quickly.
