I read in martha steward so put a wine rack in the fridge. then you can keep bottles on their side and fit like ten in one small corner. saves a ton of space!

Homemade Cream Soda

Cream soda is a delicious treat, especially on a hot summer day with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Its so easy to make all it takes is a little patience.

Ingredients (recipe for 500ml bottle):
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of yeast
  • water

Using a funnel pour the the sugar, vanilla extract, yeast and water into a half liter bottle.
Shake the bottle until all the ingredients dissolve.

Then leave the bottle to sit at room temperature for up to 48 hours. You want the bottle to feel hard when you squeeze it, this means that the yeast has fermented to make the fizz. Make sure not to leave it in a hot place or left alone for longer than 48 hours because it may explode and you'll have a sticky mess!

Once its hard place the bottle in the fridge for between 24 and 48 hours to stop the fermentation and allow the yeast to settle at the bottom. Make sure not to shake the bottle up you don't want to have yeast floating in your drink.

If you find that this recipe tastes too much like yeast you can experiment with using more sugar and vanilla.

How do you do the master cleanse?

The master cleanse requires ORGANIC cayenne pepper, ORGANIC lemons, ORGANIC maple syrup.( grade B.) Sea salt. ( the salt cannot be iodized salt. It has to be sea salt or himalayan rock salt from the health food store) You also need a laxative tea. ( a strong one ) For 10-30 days, you will eat nothing, drink nothing, except for lemonade that you make with purified water( 1 Litre) with the juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbs of maple syrup and cayenne to taste. You may drink unlimited amounts of lemonade daily.
Every night you drink your laxative tea. Every morning you make your salt water flush. 1 quart of warm water and 2 teaspoons of your sea salt. You drink this down and try not to ****. Do NOT leave the house. Stay near a toilet as this will produce an urgent bowel movement. Also, no store bought lemon juice as it contains chemicals and nitrates, you MUST use real lemons
