NO. Not unless a child who is too big tries to sit in one.

All toys such as cars and trucks should be used under supervision. Personally i think that classic push pedal cars are much less dangerous than motorized toys as they don't go as fast and you can't get yourself caught up in any motorized parts.
But particular care should be take on hills and around roads etc

I turn car on cranks fine no throttle /acceleration gas pedal goes to floor no response in park drive neutral or reverse . ESP sensor is on I have tried to push button and disconnect battery.

Whatever you do dont push the pedal to th floor on fuel injected motors, you will do nothing but harm to your vehicle very dangerous as each time you mash pedal to floor gas will dump in the intake, and lay at the bottom and not burn time and time again till one time you blow out your intake, never push the pedal down and turn key on fuel injection, crbed motors are different than injected motors, hope this helps.

What is the problem brakes solid and just rolling, after 2 mins was ok "?"

Hi .
Brake booster or master cylinder so try the foot brake with engine off ,pedal should be hard now rest your foot on brake pedal and push down and start engine and the pedal should go down about 3cm
if it goes down but the car still rolls then you have a master cylinder problem.
Answer go to the brake people as your life is in danger.

No brake lights all others work 2002 escalaid

Look under the dashboard ( you may need to see the movie " Honey, I shrunk the kids" and shrink yourself to do this.)
Above the brake pedal is a switch that is activated when you push the pedal. When you do, a tiny plunger comes out of the switch, and that causes the switch to go to the "on" position. Your switrch may have fallen out of it's holder, or may be broken, and needs replacement.
Be blessed.

The gas pedal is sticking on its own

First question, does your truck have cruise control? If so, find the cable that goes from the cruise module to the throttle body, and disconnect the cable and see if that solves your problem. Next thing is inspect the throttle cable, from the gas pedal through the firewall to the throttle body, and look for any kinks, anything contacting the cable or linkage.

Are metal pedal cars a good idea for a present for a 4 year old?

Yes. Metal pedal toys went out of style in the '70s with the introduction of plastic toys in the market. But pedal toys in general are still very used and appreciated in families with young kids, and while the plasti ones are lighter and cheaper, the metal ones provide a great traditional enjoyiment for many years to come, as the metal is much more resistant and durable than plastic, and at the same time can be passed from generation to generation. The metal also provides the possibility to customize the car and therefore make the present even more personal and appreciated.

The brake pedal has to be pushed down firmly , to unlock the safety for the shifter. designed so kids don't knock it out of gear. So key to on position, pedal pressed firmly.
