Took apart the roller to clean and now can't put back together...

When I put back the only way I can see fit...the door will not close. I'm very frustrated right now and had to step away before I break it.

Hi,
The rubber rollers in the back where you open up the machine to release the paper and in the front where you can see another set of rollers that pull the paper through.
please try the solution.. if the solution not works then let me know.
Thanks

Hi

After opening the cover of the printer please insert the cartridge in down position (green colour) while holding the extra handle on the upper side and put it down and try to fix it in the space provided for the cartridge.

Thanks
Rylee

How do I close the door to my printer? It seems that one of the hinges is broken apart.

If it's broken, you can't get it back together and your prrinter won't work with "door" opem look for the sensor which indicates that door is open, stick it somehow so it should show door closed and used happily forever your printer. If this trick is not possible, no way, take your printer to an HP repair center and get installed a new door.

How do I fix repeated paper jams?

Had the same problem with a HL-2140N. My solution was, after unnecessarily taking the whole printer apart inspecting the paper path and assemble it again afterwards, to check if the manual feed would still work. As this worked without a problem, I fuzzily guessed that something had to be wrong before that point.
In my printer, only the separation pad, and the roller right next to it came into question (both mounted at the front of the paper tray). I cleaned the separation pad (ultra fine paper dust gathered over the years) with cleansing alcohol, and took apart the roller assembly next to it (same kind of dust).
Especially the latter was super dirty. I took the roller out to clean the cleansing pad below it with an old toothbrush (Meridol Soft), reassembled, de-greased the roller with some cleaning alcohol, put everything back in place, and my printer works again the way I would expect it too.

I have cleared all paper from the fusing area. taking in apart putting back together again and I am still getting the message of paper jam? is there some sort of reset code to get the printer to work...

Clean the rollers with Q-tip and alcohol then turn it off. Unplug from power source for 10 seconds. Plug back in and turn on. This seems to be the only answer for my printer.

HP Laserjet 8000 when we turn on the printer it makes loud noise as if something is stuck from the left side. Opening the left panel or the cartridge door stops the noise. We took out fuser and...

Usually when this happens, it's because someone got some heat shrink plastic wrap in the paper path, which melted to the fuser and locked it all up - you'd be amazed at how often that happens. Occasionally, it's from something jamming the gears that turn the rollers and fuser.

Unless you're good with tools, and can tear it apart and put it back together, I'd recommend a visit to an authorized, or at least qualified, service center/guru.

Says there is a paper jam and there is none

Might be something deep inside your printer causing this. I had same problem and i got fed up and took printer apart, there was actually a small tiny screw sitting way below the rollers. My son probably dropped in there. I removed it and put back together and it worked perfect.
