There should be some sort of short circuit. Contact any experienced service technician. If
you are not familiar with electronics, do not attempt to repair. Whether you suffer fatal electrical shock!
Instead, contact the nearest service center.

industrial equipment that operates in dusty conditions has a problem with the dust collecting in the radiator fins and blocking the air flow or the fan or restricting the ability of the heat to transfer form the cores though the fins to the air
check if it has a viscous fan hub ( fan clutch) then replace it
check that area out first and clean with water if dusty
next check the hydraulic oil temperature. It it is cooled by an external transmission cooler , it may also be blocked by dust
Oil flowing too fast through a cooler will not transfer the heat to the air so it may need a small restricter in the line /fitting to slow down the flow of the oil
excessive oil will froth up and over heat
failing motors and drives will pass oil under pressure which contributes to over heating of the oil
if the oil is cooled by engine coolant through an heat exchanger that will add to a radiator that has less that sufficient capacity to do the job
from the forums I would suggest that you get the manufacturer service division involved and have the problem properly diagnosed and permanently fixed
