Question about Samsung Televison & Video
Posted by Anonymous on
Mine was doing the same thing Best buy Geek squad came out and after a while determined that by turning off the WiFi in the TV settings menu its works fine, so something is happening with the WiFi module in the TV which is on the motherboard, he ordered another motherboard and will be back this weekend to replace it, try it and see if that works.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You have bad capacitors on the Power supply board. I have included a picture of what they look like. It's not an expensive repair. This pix is not your board, just what the capacitors will look like.

The set will most likely need to be serviced. There are a # of things that could cause this. It is still under warranty so make sure you get it taken care of while under warranty. Me personally, I'd press for a replacement TV.
