Question about Canon MG5350 Wireless PIXMA Inkjet All-in-one printer USB Cable A male
New cyan cartridge stopped printing soon after installation. other colors okay.
Hey everyone, thanks for the helpful comments. Black and white are working for me but none of the rest are. I've replaced all the cartridges with new ones and I've tried a deep clean but nothing is working. The printer is only a few months old and I use it a few times a week but not too often. Any suggestions?

SOURCE: Canon i960 printer won't print in blue
Your problem is the print head. You can buy one from Canon for about $95, or find them new from dealers on Ebay for $60 to $70. For a less expensive fix, try to remove the print head and clean it. (You don't need any tools, just remove the ink tanks and pull the print head forward and out. Over time, the receivers tend to get dry & crusted ink on them. Note that the inks used are fast drying inks to keep your pictures, etc. from smudging after you print them. Try not to use solvent. I use q-tips and hot water, then dry using another q-tip. If this does not work, there are commercial cleaning kits available for about $10. Short of that, your choice is to replace the print head or the printer itself. My i960 prints such good quality color prints and normal color printing, that I would fix it rather than replace the printer. I hope the easy cleaning does it for you!

SOURCE: IP3000 WILL NOT PRINT BLACK
Try Start --> Control Panel --> Printer and Faxes
Right click on the printer --> slect Properties
Look for maintenance and try "clean" or "Deep Cleaning"
If you cannot find "Maintenance" look for "Tools"

SOURCE: MP830 Cyan Ink won't print
To Fix the stupid Cyan, just unplug the printer, it may take more that one time unplug, its stupid problem, printer needs to reset, I have a full ink of Cyan but it says this "There is more than one Cyan" on the dispaly on the printer, and windows that its missing. I don't know what idiots programmed the printer. but screw them.

SOURCE: Error 1681 more than one Cyan cartridge installed
I have the same issue as well - I just open the printer, pop out the cyan cartridge, and reinsert it (the same one). This generally works - sometimes I need to do it once or twice. I figure I'll be patient and keep doing this until I a) finish the cyan ink cartridge, b) replace it out of annoyance, or c) through the printer out the window in total frustration.
Interesting to hear about "faulty" cartridges though - I shell out for the "authentic" Canon cartridges which you would think would be reliable - maybe I should switch to using the imitation ones if I'm going to have issues with them anyway...?
