Please go to system preferences - print and fax - click the + button and choose your printer in the drop-down menu, then click add, it should be done. Then reboot the computer, hope this helps

I am sorry, I recently left that job and no longer have the documentation to answer most questions concerning xerox product fault codes.

I have the US and Europe documentation. I am sure that is a version of a machine i have documentation for, but I can't cross reference it. Sorry, Would like to assist here.
I tried the part number in my database and it also does not cross reference here.

Are you certain you have typed the right model number? I can't find a Xerox 1618 anywhere. I would love to help.
