Are you on Well water or distilled water?
If no then check the inlet solenoid valve, on the model of your machine it would be an electrical box with 2 pipe fittings on it, usually on the side of the machine.
Does the problem occur when the machine is turned off?
If yes then there is a leak either on the manual fill, or the exchanger in the boiler(happens when a machine freezes), or the inlet solenoid is leaking.
Does the pump run when the boiler is filling?
If the pump runs then the probe is calling for water and it needs to be replaced or cleaned with a wire brush, also check the electrical connector on the probe that could be damaged. If the problem is still happening then the auto level box is damaged.

You cant really take the whole heads off, but what you can do, is take the screen off, if you look up in the head you will see a screw, most the time it is a flat head screw, and you have to use a small screw driver and unscrew the screw. You will find out that it is pretty stuck in there as the heat makes it pretty hard. But, if you can get the screens off, then you will notice the screen are pretty dirty. What i do a lot of times is order a couple extra screen as they are pretty cheep and every few months, replace them. Now my taking screen off and cleaning them, you will notice it will flow real good, but you cant really take the whole heads off, as then you will have o rings and other things to mess with, could cause more problems. Best thing is do your back flushing after you have taken off the screens and cleaned them and put them back on. Hope this helps, Mr Bean expert man, mike
