Prices range from $7 US to $30 US, depending on manufacturer and model. I bought one at Harbor Freight tools for $5.99 US. General Tool makes a good one for about $12 US.

The one you are looking at can be priced here for around $9 US:

Why my gerber tools doesn't have a blade?

Hello. That model did come with a small blade on the screwdriver side. This is what it should look like: http://www.gerbergear.com/index.php/product/id/243 Unfortunately GerberGear division of Fiskars Brands Inc is about the only company that handles replacement parts and/or repairs. Your product still be under warranty, (I believe most multi-tools are lifetime status) and warranty repairs are almost effortless. They have divisions globally, as I am unaware of your location - I am including the link to the North American site for contact information. If a different country is required, the customer service number would be your choice. Sorry I can't be of more assistance, but hopefully this will provide you with a solution. Thank You.

This is the link to the parent company, just in case you need to go higher on the ladder.

How or where do I register my product on line.

Go to the Black & Decker registration site here:
http://www.blackanddecker.com/membercenter/

You'll have to set up an account (free) so they know how to contact you in case of a recall, etc.

go to Blackanddecker.com and in the header area on the right side find the link to register new tools. I have had great luck with this route to register products. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

I answered a similar question back in Feb and I talked to B&D service center and they informed me that the belt was not available then but that might have changed since. You can got to Dewaltservicenet.com and type in your model number and see if they now make this available. Good luck

Hi. The little drive belt snapped in my Black and

New belts can be ordered from Black and Decker's web site but the word is that while the price of the belt is not much the shipping brings the total to more than half the cost of the tool. It's your call. Here is a nifty link to a tool test of the device which shows on page 4 that there is a small screw that removes on the side of the tool to take it apart.

Looking for a user information, For a SATO R3 Hardness Tester

Hello, The company that can help for parts, a manual and even service is called SUN-TEC CORP. I have used them for our hardness tester and found them Very helpful, They are located in Novi, MI. this is their site: http://www.detroittestingmachine.com/

NOTE:This is where you get your lesson about that supply and demand stuff you learned about in school. Don't scoff at the prices here or anywhere for this type of equipment. Also don't forget the one that goes "cheap parts not good, good parts not cheap"
Good Luck
