Question about Ovens
When using my new GE Profile double oven that has a cooktop, the steam escaped from the back of the top oven up onto the knobs. Then it dripped onto the cooktop making a puddle. Is this normal since there are vents on the front of the oven doors?
Is there a fan for venting with this unit, if there is you will need to turn it on while cooking, it helps dissipate any steam or oil particles that move into the air, hopefully this will solve your problem, if you do have a fan and it is running, you may want to check the screen and clean it,as build up will cause the fan feature to not work as intended, thanks for your question,
