Can't download pictures onto my computer

camera says 46 pictures but only 1 comes up on my computer and I can't do anything with it! Thanx!

-   The largan mega + 2 shows all photos via the installed software, but when I select the photos, they get selected but when I try to download the photos, the option icons on right side dont get highlighted, so I cant download the photos. How to solve this problem?-   atulg02

use a card reader usb2, it's cheap, fast, and easier
