I have had my Polar RC3 for several weeks. However, I am having to replace the battery in the strap every 8 or 9 days. Anyone else have any ideas?

Yes, there are a few.
1) As you may noticed, coin and even screwdriver blades are never sharp, but mostly blunt. So, sharpen the edge of the coin on a piece of sandpaper. Get hardened steel screwdriver or very sharp, pointed end file and scrape that indention (groove) to make sure the channel have straight sides, forming I_I shaped groove, but not V shaped groove. When done, insert the sharpened coin and unscrew the battery cover using some pressure as well.
2) In case if the groove is stripped completely, you will have to drill two small holes into the battery cover. Drill them 1mm from the battery cover's edge on opposite sides. Depth of holes should be 0.5 mm. Do not drill through completely. For drilling use 0.3-0.5 mm diameter drill bit.
When finished with both holes, take hardened tweezers, insert each arm into separate hole and unscrew the battery cover.
Do not forget to rate, please.

No. all the solid rubber straps are sealed in batteries. Only the T-31 wealink has a replaceable battery. The T-31 will work with your S-150 watch. If you need a replacement because yours has stopped working then that is an option. It's about $10- more.
