S40 devices uses a different kind of theme in the format of .nth
S60 devices however use themes in the format of .sis For Nokia 6300, you need a theme with .nth extension

You can transfer using the usb data cable provided when you bought the
phone, just connect using PC Suite Mode then install the theme.

you cannot install n95 theme in your nokia n70 because symbian classes are different.. (N95 = S60v3) and (N70 = S60). you can download themes from zedge.com its simple just select the device and you'll be good to go. you can also create your own themes
