if you can go into safe mode with networking, get latest driver and make sure you download correct 32 or 64 bit version. 32 on 64 bit only partially works. if you can open up driver select the 64 bit version from update driver.

Hello I have fujitsu laptop model SH561 and when I switched on today morning. It says launch start up repair and when I click on it . It goes to Fujitsu my recovery 64 bit mode for system initialization. I...

it sounds like a corrupted operating system file, if the system repair didn't work then you're only choice for repair is to continue with the reinitialization of the laptop (THIS WILL LOSE ALL OF YOUR DATA) you should be able to recover your data by removing the hard drive and plugging it into another computer. either that or take it to a computer repair professional.

Restoring the factory settings on your Fujitsu laptop is a great way to get rid of files associated with programs that have been removed from your computer that are taking up space and get rid of pesky viruses that you can't remove from your machine by any other means.
Restoring the factory settings on your laptop can also help resolve problems with an unstable laptop.
You should also restore the factory settings on your laptop if you plan on selling it or giving it to a family member or friend.

Restart or turn on your Fujitsu laptop. Press "F12" repeatedly when the Fujitsu logo appears on the screen to be redirected to the Boot Menu.

A progress bar will appear at the bottom of the screen while the computer is loading the recovery files.
When the files have been loaded, the System Recovery Options window will be displayed.

Choose "Use recovery tools...," then click "Next." If prompted, type your administrator password, then press "OK." The System Recovery Options window will appear again.

Select the "Recovery" tab, then click "Restoring the Factory Image (only C:\drive)."
The restoration process will begin, and the laptop will be restored to its original factory settings.

Fujitsu m3096gx twain on 64 bit win xp

Normally programs for 32 bit operating system are supported in 64 bit system operating systems, but this is not true for drivers.
If you have a driver for your 64 bit operating system the fujitsu m3096gx you should install it and the device should work wiyh no problem. If you do not have it you can try to download it from producers website.

I have an other brain teaser! bought a laptop (sony vaio) it had vista on 32bit.i upgraded to win.7 ultimate. 32bit. could it be maybe it is a 64 bit base? nota geniouse but could this be why my bat

Beginning with the release of Microsoft Windows Vista, 64-bit operating systems are slowly becoming extremely prevalent in today's market. 64-bit operating systems are poised to eventually replace 32-bit operating systems entirely. At the present however, 32-bit applications still vastly outnumber 64-bit applications. Luckily, 64-bit operating systems are capable of running 32-bit operating systems. In 64-bit operating systems, 32-bit applications are installed to a second program files folder, named "Program Files (x86)." Programs installed in the x86 folder can be initialized just like programs installed in the regular Program Files folder.

Open the 32-bit programs folder. Go to Start > Computer > Local Disk (C:), then click on "Program Files (x86)." Open the desired program folder. The executable file for the program will be located inside the folder. Double-click on the file with the ".exe" file extension. As an example, for the QuickTime program you would double-click on the "QuickTimePlayer.exe" file. You have now successfully run a 32-bit application in your 64-bit operating system. Hope this helps.

I can't install bluetooth driver for Fujitsu s6510 using windows 7 64 bit. Do it has driver for that 64bit?

The bluetooth chipset that is inside of your laptop simply does not support Windows 7, either in 32 bit or 64 bit. However, you can purchase a bluetooth USB adapter for about $20 online. Hope this helps.

When system boots an error occurs"system bios shadowed" "Mouse initialized error" just before the OS is loaded into RAM

Firstly I would enter the BIOS and set it to default. That should remove the BIOS Shadow. When you finally get it to boot, run CHKDSK/F to remove any hard disc virtual errors.
Hope that helps.

Good day my friend just purchsed a toshiba laptop when she turn it on for the first time screen came up giveing her choose 32 bit or 64 she pick 32 how can she go back and pick 64 or can she. thank ken.

32bit is the standard for most of todays functions. 64 bit systems are more for corporate environments. You will have a lot of software incompatibilty issues running a 64 bit system. Why would you want to change it?

Scansnap 510 on Vista 64 bit system?

Yes, it *IS* possible to run your ScanSnap S510 scanner on a 64-bit Windows operating system (e.g., Vista 64-bit, Server 2008 64-bit, etc.) but you will need to contact Fujitsu customer support (go to Fijutsu's website and look up their telephone number) and ask them to send you the link (along with username/password) to download the 64-bit versions of the ScanSnap Manager software as well as the CardMinder & Organizer software (optional).

FYI, as of March 2009 that is, the 64-bit version of the ScanSnap Manager is 4.2 L14 and the actual file name that you'll be downloading from Fujitsu's website is called "ssWv42x64.exe" (220 MB file).

Again, this software is NOT available from the public portion of Fujitsu's support website due to legal licensing restrictions. Additionally, this is NOT the same thing as some of the "updates" for Vista they have floating around the public technical support portion of their website.

Hope that helps!
