Question about HP LaserJet 2200dn Printer
The printer was working fine. After printing, it stopped working and the light went on that indicates it needs more paper. There was paper in the tray. The paper isn't feeding through to print.
Remove the paper cassette and the toner. Turn the printer upside down and look at the feed roller.
It should NOT spin freely, drive tabs may be broken off of the roller shaft.
