Hello Press the MENU button on the projector's control panel to display menu options.Press UP/DOWN button to reach the RESET option window. There you can see Clear Lamp Hours and Clear Filter Hours option. Select the Clear Lamp Hour option and press enter. That is all. OK.
Connect with power cord and turn the projector to the standby mode.
Press the following keys on the control panel in the following order for less than in five seconds each: RESET, LEFT arrow key and RIGHT arrow key and then ENTER.(showing in the picture below)
(NOTE projector must be in standby mode and keys pressed less than five seconds)
now press power/standby key to ON the projector and check lamp hours
Typically you will need to replace the lamp. Do not try and squeeze the last hour from the lamp as there is now a chance if the lamp will shatter and scratch the mirror and lcd block rendering your projector with a permanent scratch when projected. If you already have a new lamp fittted then simply go to the menu setting, under installation or setup by memory and there is a reset option.
