Gyro is oriented, flip it over, or turn it 180, see if this solves the issue

How to make the Spinmaster Air Hogs Moto Frenzy R/c Stunt Bike work.

If the bike isnt working properly, like short driving time and wobbly steering. lay it on the side with the screws pointing up, unscrew the 4 philips screws, the body is glued together so be careful, with a small flat screwdriver or a knife, bend the body apart along the crack going through the middle. Be extra careful in the lower front part because this is were the battery is placed. When the body halfes are separated, lay the half containing the elecronics and motors so you can axess the parts. Remove all dust and hair and othe forein matters. Take the rear wheel off and slide the tire off. With a small screwdriver press the three locking notches that holds the wheel togeather and separate the halfes. put a small amount of lubrication oil (thin oil) on the gyro axel inside the wheel and on the drive gear and spinn the gyro wheel so the oil gets in to the "bearings".Press the drive gear so it sits tighter towards the wheel (not too tight, it has to spin freely. Put the other half of the rear wheel back and spin the gyro wheel with your fingers as fast as you can. it should balance itself on a flat surface for atleast 5 - 10 seconds. if not put some more oil on the shaft, and try again. When finished dry of excessive oil and put the tire back. Take the dual gear that's in front of the rear wheel off. there is a small shim between this gear and the one that's still on the shaft. put some oil on the shaft and spin the shim and remaining gear so the oil lubricates the movement. put the dual gear back.Remove the wheelie gear ( the one with a stick lying under the bike) put a drop of oil on the gear axel that's underneath the wheelie gear. Spin all the gears so the oil can get inside and then remove the excessive oil with a tissue or something like that. The wheelie gear has a spring mounted on the backside, be sure to get this back right (the small ring of the spring shoul fit on a plastic pin in the body and the bigger ring on the cnter of the wheelie gear), and then put the wheelie gear back so it sits centered and conected to the second gear.Put the rear wheel back.Take the other body half and put a drop of oil on the gear shaft thats still in there, spin the gear etc.Put the halfes togeaher, be careful so you get all the axels and pins right and no wires between the halfes. squeese the halfes togeather and screw the 4 philips screws back. Put the driver back and charge the battery. Try it!!!

How could i use my iphone 4g to control my toy helicopter

Instructions
    • 1 Remove the main rotor blades, throttle up the helicopter while holding it in your hand and twist the helicopter from side to side to determine if the gyro is working. The gyro should make the tail rotor spin faster when the helicopter twists; you will be able to hear a difference. If the gyro does not appear to be working, replace it. Some gyros have a sensitivity adjustment screw; try making small adjustments if possible.
    • 2 Check the tail rotors and see if they are connected correctly. If the tail rotor blades are not pitched correctly they will not be able to hold the helicopter still.
    • 3 Test the tail rotor motor and see if it seems strong and responsive. Brushed motors, like those commonly used to drive tail rotors, can wear out in a relatively short time. Replacing the motor may solve your problem if the gyro seems to be working.
    • 4 Check the trim on your transmitter. Ideally the trim should be in the center of the stick movement. You may need to dial in some extra right trim or you may find the trim is set too far to the left.

My S107G Metal Series will not take off just sits and spins how can i fix

If there are two blades that turn in opposite directions, perhaps the blades are reversed. If that is the case then they are pushing the helicopter down instead of up.

If the gears are meshing properly and the rotors are not spinning very fast then the motor shaft is slipping in the hub of the first gear.

Fully charged the choppers battery, the controller has all new batteries, turned on the chopper power switch, turn on te controller power switch and wait till light stops flashing.push on the power controll...

The light will keep flashing unless you are on the correct channel A B or C and you hit the "Light" button on the front of the unit.

As far as the high speed take offs I suggest identifying which A B or C setting is correct for your copter. In order to do this turn off the RC controller. Set the Selector switch to "A" move the left joystick "throttle" half way up and then turn on the power. Assuming that the copter is still ON it will either fire up or do nothing. If it does nothing try the same sequence with the selector switch set to "B" and try again. If nothing try "C".

Now, as far as the rapid accelleration, I read one online comment that indicated that there is some type of "programming" sequence that the unit learns by pushing the left joystick throttle all the way forward and then back to zero when you start to fly it. So after the first "blast off" set the copter back down or even hold it in you hand by grasping the the landing runners and move the throttle forward until the rotor spin up and it lifts off. In your hand it is easier to keep it from going up too quickly.

Good luck!

Just bought the Walkera 38 Chinook. First flight I got an inch off the ground and landed it. Next attempt the top rotors spun initially then stops causing them to come in contact with the bottom ones. ...

Sorry for late reply, youve probably sorted this by now. This is common problen, some thing to do with the gyro. If you want to spin the rotors without takeing off the trick is to put full right turn then the gyro tries to compensate keeping the rotors turning at speed. To lift of the trick is to get airborn quickly without raising rotor speed slowly then the gyro will keep compensating and keep the rotors running. Had same problem myself, although saved the gears fortunately.
Hope this helps

Hi
The one problem with some of these copters on 49MHz and 27Mhz are that the manufacture used a splash technique for the frequency. Meaning there is no frequency separation. If two of you are on 27mhz then neither will work. Same for 49mhz. One 27mhz and 1 49mhz should work OK. Now foreign countries use different frequencies because their cell phones are on 27 mhz and 49mhz. So you may have a problem there.

Crashed blade 400 repaired it unsure of servo settings helicopter tilts forward and tends to spin around

Try setting gain on Gyro (use small plastic screwdriver) to a straight up and down position.

Set Gyro setting in Transmitter to 75%. NOTE: before turning on helicopter, be sure to center all adjustments on transmitter

Side switch on GYRO to DS and make sure the servo is moving in correct direction. If not. reverse direction with switch on side of Gyro. You may need to reverse the controller of Rudder in settings on transmitter.

This worked for me on my Blade and using the same Gyro on a self build 450 heli.

Good luck!

Heli max hicro helicopter just keeps spinning in circles

Spinning is caused by one of the main propellers rotating faster than the other. If both propellers are secured tightly to their drive shafts, the spin control knob on the remote control can be used to stop the spin. However, if one prop is slipping with respect to the other, the spin control knob will not fix the problem.
I've found that the set screws holding the propellers to the drive shafts tend to loosen after a while. If one prop is a bit loose and the other is tight, the relative slippage will cause the helicopter to spin.
To check, turn off helicopter power and manually rotate each propeller separately, watching the nylon gears in the body. If the propeller is moving and its drive shaft gear isn't, the propeller is slipping because its set screws are not applying enough pressure on the propeller's drive shaft.
Carefully tighten the set screw and the problem should be fixed. DON'T OVERTIGHTEN, or the plastic threads for the set screw will be stripped and the propeller assembly will be ruined.
