TOSHIBA DK16 IF WE HAVE SD2010SD PHONES AND WANT TO REPLACE THEM WITH SD2020SD CAN WE JUST PLUG THEM IN OR DO WE HAVE TO REPROGRAM THEM?

this kind of problem is usely comming from one of the front panel button if so the set will show the menu intermitently and no action from the remote. What i use to do i replace
all of the tack switches 6or 7 but i would suggest to consult your local tv repair shop if
you do not have some kind of experience.

try to decrease to volpum of ringging
other wise ask the vendpr to reassign the incoming ringging group for yr 3 incoming lines

You did not say what kind of voicemail you have but since you have a DK16e I'll assume it is a Stratagy. The Company Greeting is usually split between mailboxes 990 and 991. MB 990 is the introduction ( Thank you for calling ABC Company) and MB 991 are the instructions ( If you know your parties extension please enter it now .... ). The Admin mailbox to set this up is 999 if you have three digit extension numbers and the default password is 999997#. If this password has been changed then you will have to get a local Toshiba dealer to help you as the password will have to be reset via a computer connected to the maintenance port of the voicemail. If you have a computer already set up to program the voicemail then that is where you will also take care of the Directory issues. What Toshiba system do you guys have? On all 3 issues you will need to login to phone system and reprogram buttons on phones to ring or not to ring.

OK, model on bottom of phone is DKT2010-SD, but I found a little cheat card in a file for a STRATA DK8 & DK16 so I used a combination of things. First pick up handset and then hit intercom button, # 652 (for time or #651 for date) and enter time in HHMMSS (hour, minute, second) format, once complete hit the redial button.
