How to remove drill chuck

Funny, I just did it 2 days ago on a similar machine. Easy: be sensible and gentle. Unscrew the block from the pole, and rest is firmly on the floor head down, chuck up. Tighten the chuck fully, as for a 0.0 mm drill bit. Then pull hard on the main axis with 1 hand (hold the chuck). With the other one tap gently at the tip of the chuck with a hammer, 2x to the right, 2x to the left, repeat and insist, and always gently tapping perpendicularly to the axis. Reason: The axis and the chuck have a slightly conical shape.

Need to know how to calibrate dw077 laser

Hold down the ( V ) button while powering the unit on. THe puts the unit in cal mode for the Y axis. Hold down the up button while powering on the unit, this puts it in cal mode for the X axis. that is as far as I have gotten.

The small knob that moves the slideto the left or right on the platform (the one furthest from the observer) is slightly loose, and instead of rotating in a smooth circular motion it rotates rather...

The knob you are talking about is called the x-axis control knob. It does not directly affect the focus. What affects the focus is the slight manipulation of the stage and or slide while you are adjusting the x-axis control knob. It only takes the slightest pressure to throw the focus off very far. Theoretically you could completely remove the specimen holder and move the slide around with your fingers.
The specimen holder may need to be replaced but without further more detailed knowledge of the mechanical problem I cannot instruct further.

Error 238 la maquina y no hace nada que puedo hacer

i'm not sure but it could be a problem with the tension spring for the Z axis motor or that the 2 bolts holding in the Z axis motor are loose or missing.

Out of focus

Assuming you are focussing correctly. When binoculars are out of collimation the most usual effect is double vision as the optical axis do not line up. The only thing you can do is to take them to a binocular repairer. The problem is the cost. Proper repair need the use of a device known as a collimator and it is a laborious task to do it properly. Your binoculars do not carry a high monetary value and a proper repair will cost more than a new binocular of similar specs. Porro prism binoculars mostly have the objective lenses set further apart than the eyepieces. This holds true except for reverse porro prisms which are the other way round. Roof prisms have both the front and rear lenses inline.
Make sure when you focus that the first eye you use to focus with is the one where the eyepiece does not have its own focus ring (dioptre). The dioptre adjustment is on either the left or the right depending on the brand. That eyepiece should be left alone until you have focused using the center ring. Then leave the center ring alone and focus the eyepiece that has the adjustment ring.

Radius of an ellipse

Sorry to say it but the question does not make sense. A circle is a figure that is perfectly defined by the knowledge of its center (or centre depending of the English you use) and its radius.

An ellipse is perfectly defined if you know its two foci (plural of focus) and the length each of its two axes (major and minor).
Is it the perimeter, the area, the parameter p of the ellipse you are lookong for.

Hope it will help you focus on your real the question.(The pun is intended)
