Long answer: As long as there was no other error or problem, if you send a print job and the tray it wants to pull from is out of paper, then as soon as you put paper in the tray and the printer recognizes the paper, it will resume printing.
(If you put in paper of a different size or type than the paper the printer is looking for, it will display a mismatch error and won't print until you tell it to continue or form feed.)
On most Ricoh models, SC-322 is a problem with the laser unit. If you have a service contract, have your technician take a look at the printer. Otherwise, you can either have a local Ricoh tech give you a repair estimate or buy a new printer.
On rare occasions you can turn the printer off and turn it back on and the code will be cleared, but most of the time this is a serious error that requires a service technician.
That is the way duplexing works. Both sides of the page are read into memory and then the second page prints followed by the first page after the paper turns around.
Turn you paper stack over so the the 2nd. page prints correctly on the page and the first page should be fine. If it does not, please let me know and we can take some steps to look at the data going to the printer.
1st Laser synchronization error signal error. The 1st Laser that turns on inside of the printer can't synchronize properly to print out documents which is why this message comes up and nothing is printing. Probably is going to need to be replaced but a qualified service tech is going to need to look at it further.
It may be something to do with the paper size settings on printer driver, document print settings or page setup. If for example the computer thinks the paper size is Letter, and the paper in Tray 1/2/3 is A4, it won't print.
