It is caused by the music file you are trying to play. Play it on the computer to see if it works, then check the properties see if it meets the nw-e002's spec. If it does, your file maybe corrupted
first u need to download the programe i give u the link (http://www.brothersoft.com/sonicstage-cp-278209.html) and u install it and the you must put your song in the library and then and put your walkman in the usb and automotic it will apear in the next colone and then you must transfer it on your walkman try it
you need to download sonci stage which convert them in to a diffrent file format to paly on the player only problem is i cant get it to install on my computer but on my dad laptop it will install fine
