Water pouring out of my Kenmore HE3t

I did a load of wash yesterday. It was a large delicate load. In the middle of the wash cycle water began to pour out of the bottom. At first I thought the door was not shut but realized it was coming from under the machine. I turned it off and unplugged it My husband checked all the hose connections and they were fine with no signs of water leaking from them. There was no error message on the board. Once we cleaned up the water he plugged it in and ran the drain cycle. It ran the full cycle. Later, when he tipped the machine to look under it we could still hear water in it. Any ideas?

Teach, usually all leaks are visable. Have your husband remove the lower panel by removing the 3 #11 torxs on the bottom panel and pull down and off. Now you can see the tub drain hose and filter. First check the dispensor drawer. Remove it and check to see if you have anything blocking the inlet tube to the tub. Sometimes a seal from a fab or detergent cap blocks the entrance. When the disp. is out just reach in with a finger in front and you will feel the inlet grate. Next inspect the boot. Make sure there are no cuts or rips. Once you feel that this checks out ok, replace the disp. drawer and put the machine in the test cycle. On the left side press drain/spin. On the right side press spin speed until No spin is lit. Then press the prewash button 4 times until C:00 is displayed. Now let it do it's thing. It will fill, rotate, drain and spin. It will end with C:08 in the display. With the bottom panel off during the test, see if you can find the source of the leak. You can push cancel/drain anytime to stop the test. Catriver.

We experienced the same thing. I was able to restart and locate the noise to the water pump. After disassembling the water pump found the impeller shaft sliding out. For some reason this shaft will not stay in place. Had to order a complete pump assembly as the electric motor is not available.

Kenmore elite he3t wills with water when off

The electric valve (solnoid) is stuck partly open. Happens a lot with hard water. If that's the condition of your water, you can try turning off the hot and cold water, disconnect the hoses from the valve, leaving the other end connected to the washer. Drain the water out of the hoses and pour an ounce or two of CLR down the hose. Let it stand for a few hours or overnight. Hook up again and run at least a couple cycles on small load.

If it doesn't seem to fix it, you'll probably need to replace the valve.

Kenmore he3t door locked cant reset or open

Kenmore HE3t sanitary cycle setting has changed. Water temp selection only allows Hot/Cold selection but should offer the Extra Hot selection. All other settings test out properly. Is there a way to reset factory settings for cycles?

F02 is long drain.
Just because it came up doesn't mean there's a problem, it simply means there was a failure during the cycle, if it returns on a regular basis, you have a problem.

F02 error could be caused by the over use of soap, you need to make sure your using 2 tablespoons of HE soap, 1/4 cap at the most.
Over sudsing, could cause the water pump to run longer, the pump is designed for 15 min duty cycle which means, 15 minutes on to 45 minutes off. The computer may sense too much soap, and continue to pump. HE soap will cure that, along with SUD error, possible F09 (overflow condition), you may also notice the timing is wrong, HE soap works well in these machines and F/l washer go hand in hand
if the F02 returns the remove the 3 torx screws from the bottom kick panel, and remove the kick panel, right there in the middle you will see a big round handle, turn it and then slide it out, have some towels ready, there will be some water in there, and check to see if you have any thing in there that will slow water flow, tooth picks and other "floating" items may jam the impeller.

Kenmore elite washer problem

sounds as if you have a drain issue, most common cause of fault is theres something stuck in the pump housing. remove the lower acess panel(3 screws along the bottom of the forn of unit) youll gain acess to the pump housing, remove the large cover to the "button trap" by uncscrewimg the cover, it will be righthin front of you in the center of machine when cover removed, im sure youll find your blockage within there

To avoid personal injury or even death, always disconnect your appliance from its power source--that is, unplug it or break the connection at the circuit breaker or fuse box--before you do any troubleshooting or repair work on your appliance. Also, because some components may have sharp edges, use caution while working on your appliance.

It doesn't spin
It doesn't agitate
It's noisy
It leaks
It's off balance
There's no hot water
There's no cold water
It's slow to fill
There's no water at all
The clothes are wet after spinning
The cycle doesn't advance
There's no delicate or regular spin or agitate
It's overfilling
It's underfilling
The water temperature is incorrect

Hope this may help;
