I have reformatted sony pcg

Was there anything previously wrong perhaps that you need to reformat? i would say power reset it (take out the battery and adapter and hold the power button down, then plug it all back in and try to boot) also make sure you remove any recovery media (disks or otherwise) if it fails try the recovery again and make sure its plugged into the wall, recoveries are known to fail without a full power supply....then again it could be a hard drive so you might be calling sony
