Question about Microsoft Office Outlook 2007: Windows
I get my mail in a server which forwards it to my two desktops (in different offices) and to my laptop. In all three computers I use Outlook. Oulook used to synchronize perfectly (I could read, delete etc one mail in one computer and it would show as read, deleted etc in all the others, including the server). Recently I added a second laptop to the network and now when I read one mail in one place it shows as read there but not in the rest of computers, when I delete an email there it does not delete in the other computers....
I have no clue what went wrong and how to solve the problem.
You need to confirm the type of account your using maybe its been setup on the additional laptop as POP3 ? In order to syncronise you will need to use IMAP then you will see the changes made on all laptops.
