Question about HP Photosmart C7280 Printer
Our C7280 displays a 'Missing or Damaged Cartridge' message as soon as it is turned on, but does not list any colours to replace. We have removed and replaced all of the colours (all brand new) to no avail. The carts printed fine a few days ago but now the printer won't even let us select a different mode - we can't send a fax, scan or anything.
You can try a reset on the printer using the # and the number 6,holding them down while plugging in the power cord at the back of the printer.if the problem again comes up try thesame with # and the number 9 buttons
