Hello, i need a help... I have a Lexmark Interpret S405 Wireless All In One Printer. Sometimes i need to scan some papers which are longer than A4 size papers, like 15/16 inch. I tried to use its 'Auto document feeder board' for full scanning. It took the full paper but it only scanned the portion which is in A4 size. Its not scanned the last portion. Also there is no option to select the size that i want in my recommended software(Launch Lexmark Printer Home). I want to scan those papers which is longer than A4...Is their any tricks or any soft to do that , like i can manually select the scanned paper size ???....It will very helpful for me if it is possible... Thank You... :)

This unit is not well made at all. I would suggest you exchange it if it is still under warranty. In the future, buy a HP or Epson with extended warranty.

Go to the menu and make sure it is set to Letter and not Legal size.

The software on my X4500 unit allows duplex scanning of A5 paper. Updating the firmware and software is fairly easy if you need to.

It appears that this machine is multifunctional. You can print color copies with it. You will need drivers to make it function. You can find everything you are looking for at the link provided here. Drivers, available accessories, specs, etc.

Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark Interpret S405 Printer Driver on your computer. Select your operating system > click on "FILTER" > click on the driver under Recommended Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on your computer screen to complete the installation.
