Hello parveez...

to find Creative Labs drivers, go to this page: http://support.creative.com/ and in the upper right hand corner, choose your region of the world... on the next page, choose your country and language. This is important as some models are only sold in certain countries, so be sure to select the country where you bought the cam.

once you are in the support page, click on the cams section and see if your cam appears on that page.... if not, and you need help to figure out what exactly to look for on the site (there is quite a lot) use the link to help you 'identify your cam' in the upper right corner above the photos of all the cams.

after that, use the link at the bottom to find your cam in the lists provided on the next page.... once you select something from the list, you have to click the 'next' button at the bottom.... that should take you to the page where you can download your driver, and possibly other software and a manual if you need those things too.

be sure you select the driver for your operating system, and keep in mind that some older cams don't work on newer systems, like windows vista.

let me know if you need more help on this :)

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Easycap windows 7 not working

please check for what Windows this was made. If it was for Windows XP or Vista, you most likely won't find the correct drivers. You need driver and software that came with the dongle.

From Windows 7 and up, Microsoft only allows drivers, if the manufacturer asked for certification and the hardware and driver works conform Microsofts demands. If the hardware and driver is certified the driver is also on the Microsoft website. Most of the time if you use new hardware the operating system goes to Microsoft to see if there is a correct driver and then installs the driver.

For older hardware, only few manufactures make drivers and ask certification. Most only develop drivers for their new hardware. So for older hardware there are only a few drivers. If Microsoft can't deliver drivers, or the manufacturer from the hardware can't, you are lost. The devices won't work with the new operating system. Nobody told you that before upgrading.
Since I upgraded to win 7 I could not use several expensive things I was used to, like a great Logitec webcam in a sphere, a great sound card from Creative labs, with break out box and so on.

If it came with the Pinnacle software (Pinnacle Studio), that's what you have to use to move your movies from VHS to your PC.

Capture device not recognized

Hi there,

this problem can be caused by many different things, I would recommend you try the following:

1, I would first uninstall the software and drivers for the stick and then clean the computers registry using a program such as the free for 30 days tune up utilities available from http://www.tune-up.com/products/tuneup-utilities/

2, Download the latest drivers from AverMedias website instead of using the ones provided on the CD

3, Make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card, updates are available from the graphics card manufacturer.

4, Try the stick in a different USB port

5, Defrag your harddrive

If after all this the stick does not work I would return it to the manufacturer and ask for a replacement to rule out that it is the stick and not your computer

You need 'Windows Movie Maker' or 'VideoWave' to capture and edit video.

The Complete user manual is available at the following link [500 kb]:

Read the manual and then install the Drivers and Hardware.

Video capture hardware

Webcams have the capture built-in (I assume it is a USB connection) Use Movie Maker (comes with most versions of Windows OS), and select the camera from the device list for Capture.
