SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

No not if its one made for USA with 110 volts. They do sell adaptors for travelers. So they can operate in different countries.

The hello kitty face side of the toaster doesnt heat up, when i look inside, it looks like the heating strip is diagnal not horizontal like it should be

it sounds like the element broke, which they do. this is not really repairable in a general sense. You might try the Chococat toaster.

Just i wonder this toaster work whit 120 v. and how

It's a commercial grade toaster designed to run at a minimum of 208v on a 60Hz supply, but more usually operated in the 220-240v range. To run it at 120v requires a power inverter with a high current output, most inverters are designed for low current devices.

In practical terms, it's not a realistic prospect when there are already so many other commercial grade toasters which do exactly the same job at a native 110-120v range.

My ET-26 Hobart toaster will not cook 2 slices on either side unless both handles are pushed down !

That is strange, both sides are completely seperate electrically. Problems I have seen in the past are that some Hobart toasters are bun toasters and only toast one side of the bread. If that was the case you could look down into the toaster and see that only one side of each slot has a heating element. The other common problem is when someone changes a 220 volt to a 110 volt toaster by running the elements in series instead of paralle. at the terminal block. I am stumped on this one. I can't think of a fix for that. I am going to look at the wiring diagram again. If your question is still up, I will get back to you.

Only toast one side of the bread

The other side that isn't toasting has an open element. Usually, the good side will burn twice as hot, and may have stressed that element. You might want to replace both in that slot. make sure you check the voltage rating plate. 208 and 240 volt toasters use different elements.
I just posted the procedure to replace elements, in a similar post here.
