As far as I know.there are two possibilities to get this error..
1)Sim card not inserted properly:
Try to insert the sim properly..insert it at the desired position
2)Phone may be locked with a particular network:
If the phone is locked with a particular network then you need to unlock
it.You can get the unlock service for your Blackberry 9360 Curve from either your network provider or
third party unlocking service provider like, unBBlock.com
remove the network lock. Once unlocked it will
work with other networks.
Mostly this won't be in your case because the sim had been working fine
with your previous Nokia mobile and also the phone gives the same error
message when you insert other sim cards.
There might be some loose connection give it to a hardware service shop and check.
