There is not a version of QuickBooks in Farsi.

The only thing I can see from your machine specs is that you only have 256 MB of RAM. This is quite low for running the system and also programs.

I also have ms word 7 and it do not have the problem. One of the menu item on MS Word 7 is for Behnevis which is written in Farsi, click on that and you will see the farsi icons.

Go to Control Panel and click on the Mouse icon. You should be able to decrease the speed by dragging the speed bar to the left. Hope this helps. bud
