Hozelock telescopic watering lance 2644 mist spray blockage

Try soaking in white vinegar or any anti-water scale product. Misting requires a very small orifice and clogging is common. If you can back wash compressed air thru the holes, try that. A guitar string might be run thru the orifice and then back-flushed.

I bought a Hozelock Ultra 9 (model 2684) last year for watering the garden and cleaning the car.It now leaks very badly from around the trigger. Can I take it to bits and mend it? Are there any...

HI - Simon fom Hozelock. I am afraid they are not repairable in this area. The most common cause of this failure is due to ice forming inside the gun and forcing the internal plunger and O rings out - causing a leak. All sprayguns should be protected from freezing. If this isn't the cause (only you know !) And it is 1 year old, we would replace it under warrenty contact us for help for details. Simon

Bostitch framing gun

HI, if it happens when you press the trigger the top valve is sticking & your gun needs servicing.
If it is just leaking by itself the trigger assembly needs serving or you can replace the trigger unit. They are not expensive & come as a complete unit (depending on the model).
Moselikely the orings are worn out or dirty
