Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

My recorded tv freezes when trying to watch them

The whole thing freezes? As in the mouse or keyboard won't even work?

If it's just the video that freezes and you can shut it off, most likely it's a codec issue. Which is dumb since everything you're using came packaged together in the unit. Installing a third party codec pack would solve this issue.

Though, if you're whole PC is freezing when you try to play a video then I have a few other questions to ask you to narrow the potential problems down:

1. Open up the player that opens automatically when you try to watch something, but don't load a video into it. Did everything still freeze?
2. If not, then open a video file that is not something you recorded from TV, like a DVD or a video clip from the net. Did it freeze then?
3. When it freezes, does it freeze instantly? Or does it run for a little bit then freeze. If the latter is the case, what happens in the time between opening the file and the lock down?

Most of the time, PC freezes by lots of reasons. Corrupt registry, unnecessary applications, too many start-up items as well as virus infection would be the major reasons contributing to this problem. Many PC users simply utilize PC yet never consider how to maintain and optimize PC performance. I would suggest you to download reliable program RegInOut to avoid your PC from freezing.

2. I suggest that you try to backup important files if you can get into the pc screen again.
3. PC freezing is sometimes due to a failing power supply, a failing hard drive, and or a depleted CMOS battery.

Freezes up

this could be caused by a number of things for you to check. maintanence is a key to keeping your computer running. keep your antivirus, antispyware up to date. keep your pc from overheating by taking a spray can of air to it (mind static electricity; after you unplug all wires from the pc and take the case off, touch the powersupply for 10 seconds to balance your electricity with the pc's so you don't fry anything.) hope this helps.

Widows freeze? i have 62% disk space left

It's possible your pc is overheating. Try removing the pc cover, vacuum out all the dust and stick a bit summer time fan into the pc and watch the pc run without freezing...strange but true...did it as a measure of desperation at a LAN party once.
