get the full model and s/n from machine and search on that also try LG...the search may take you there anyway

this could be a drain hose loose or broken if the leak only occurs during rinse. If it leaks all the time, could be a broken outer drum or worn tub seal.
Hold inner drum and turn bothways. If it turns bothways, you have a bad bearing, and hence, a bad tub seal. If it turns in one direction only, bearing's good; but tub seal could still be bad.

Those type of washing machines needs expert services. My advice is, go to your nearest dealer for that particular service. Or, if you want it to fix by yourself, then you must locate the sensor. Most of cover sensors can be found at the end of the cover's guide. You must open the top part of the machine then you can see (probably) a black rectangular attached to the end of the guide.
Most of the common fault includes broken link from the guide to the sensor and a faulty sensor which needs replacement because its a disposable type.
