Question about Toshiba CZ32V51 32" TV
The other night, the picture finally quit. There is sound but no picture. Replaced fuse F301. Still no picture. When the TV is tapped...either by the FBT or on a heat sink, get an intermittent white line across the screen for a fraction of a second. Resoldered FBT. Any ideas? Thanks.
A white like across the screen means that the vertical circuit has stopped working. Look for a small fuse that looks like a resistor near the vertical output IC, replace that fuse if open and resolder the pins on the vertical output IC.
