Computer does not boot up The problem maybe the RAM, it is faulty or just needs reseating to make proper electrical contact.
Reseat the RAM and then boot up your laptop. If it still does not boot up then remove the RAM module/s and take them to your friendly computer repair shop and get them to test the RAM for you. Just like you sometimes need a mechanic to repair your car, sometimes you do need a technician to diagnose and identify the fault or faults on your computer. Not only does a good service technican have the experience to deal with this type of problem, they also have the equipment that allows them to look at things the average computer user can't see, and he has a collection of replacement parts that can be used to quickly test individual components on your computer.

Does not charge

It sounds like the batteries have gone bad and need to be replaced. Has your chair been sitting unused for a while?

The batteries contain a gel that needs to have current run through it on a regular basis (at least 8 hours once a week) or it will oxidize and solidify. If you attach the charger, what will most likely happen is the green light will either stay green or go to green after a very short time. When you turn on the power chair, nothing happens. The charger will indicate the batteries are full, but instead of being full of power, they are full of crud. Your warranty will most likely not cover replacement as this is due to customer neglect, but your insurance may still cover the replacement batteries if you can wait for the process to go through. Otherwise, you will need to replace the batteries on your own, check your Owner's Manual for the correct type which can most likely be found at Batteries Plus or Interstate Battery. Good luck!

The device is performing on low battery power and requiries full recharge possibly a couple hours. How to perform a device recharge
1. power off completely
2. connect to power source with cables provided, expecting to the last the duration of the full charge
3. a full recharge once the process is complete would display a message on the phone.
4. until then, do not unplug

Battery is fully charged but when I turn ignition key nothing happens, on light does'nt come on and needle does'nt move battery level

Has the scooter been sitting unused for a while? If so, the gel inside the rechargeable batteries may have gone solid. When you connect the charger, the light shows green indicating the batteries are full, but instead of being full of power, they are full of crud. The scooter can sit for just a few weeks and this will happen. If the batteries are new or have been properly maintained, try checking your fuses and all the connections/leads as this certainly sounds like a power problem.
Good luck!
