Seems to be some virus problem, try installing Avast.. during avast installation you will get a window prompting boot at scan click on Ok and once installation is done it will prompt for restart and your system will be scanned as it is restarted.
Let me know if this fixes your problem.

You could run the chkdsk disk utility Click start run type cmd then type chkdsk/r/f which will scan for and attempt to repair any bad sectors and automatically fix any corrupt files on your Hard Drive. or an easier way to run the chkdsk utility Click start control panel administrative tools computer management ,disk management right click on your drive select properties click tools click check now click start two boxes automatically fix files and scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors place then a tick in both boxes then select check now, start should schedule this task when restart have no input while the chkdsk utility is in progress any input may further damage your computers Operating System and Hard Drive Use the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) to determine which file is causing the issue and then replace the file. Type the following command and then press ENTER: sfc /scannow The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions. http://download.cnet.com/jetclean/3000-18512_4-75627788.html JetClean tidies your registry, gets rid of junk files, deletes broken shortcuts, and attempts to give your computer that like-new feel again. also download the registry cleaned cc cleaner

click start menu, then run and type regedit.exe click ok

the look for this registry key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
and find the value SfcScan

right click over SfcScan and click Modify

change current value to 0 and click ok

restart your computer and that will take care of the issue.

The SfcScan value in the following registry key has three possible settings:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WinlogonThe settings for the SfcScan value are:
  • 0x0 = do not scan protected files after restart. (Default value)

  • 0x2 = scan all protected files one time after a restart (set if sfc /scanonce is run).

I can't used my micro soft excel. I always used it everyday. Please help me with my problem. When I click it there is a word appeared that my computer engine system has a problem.

Hi, Do a full PC scan using your Anti-Virus and after the completion, uninstall the whole Microsoft Office Package, restart your PC and re-install the Microsoft Office again... That should do.

Scanning Your PC - Would scan all your PC registry and fix them.
Uninstalling After Scan - I would advice you to uninstall any software after the registry has been fixed. Whatever way is fine.
Restarting Your PC - Would refresh your PC memory cache, and will also restore some petty system files to make your PC work as new.
Re-installation : To get what you need done..

I hope it works for you.

My computer had been infected by a virus a few days ago then I run a full system scan in my computer and deleted all virus infected files then I restarted my computer and log in using my username and...

When you turn on your computer press F8 for the startup options and choose Safe Mode. When the computer enters Safe Mode run another system scan and then restart. If you are unable to enter your account again, try to do a System Restore (Start\All Programs\Accessories\System) to a date before the infection happened and then do another full system scan.

What si gobilam_corp??

Oh buddy! Major bad thing man.
Restart your system. Hit F8 until you get a menu. Select "Safe Mode with Networking"

Then go here and have it remove that thing for you. Scan your computer with this after.

When all is said and done, DO IT AGAIN.

It's important not to go back to normal mode. When the computer restarts, make sure you're there to return it to safe mode (with networking).

After you scanned, with each scanner twice, restart in Normal Mode and rescan again!

I can't stress the important of these steps unless you want to reinstall Vista.

Virus Problem in the computer

Download malwarebytes from www.malwarebytes.org and update the software and scan the whole system after scanning it show the list of trojans found in your system. Then click remove all infection.
Thats it Restart the PC.

Or

There is another way to disinfect the system.

Download SupterDAT from McaFee Website and place it C:\TEMP
later restart the PC in Safe Mode with Command Prompt.

Then goto root drive of C:

type like this- CD\TEMP
Then u will redirect to C:\TEMP>

There type: sdatXXXX.exe /e
After some time you can see 19 files that were extracted in dirve C:\TEMP>
To see the list of file type: DIR and press enter
You have to wait untill all 19 files extracted.
After that
Type the followin parameters to scan the system.

C:\TEMP>SCAN /ADL /ALL /CLEAN /REPORT REPORT.TXT

This will take lot of time to scan and clears the Trojans and Virus in your PC.

After scanning just type EXIT
and Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and Restart the PC from Taskmanger.

Hope this will resolve the issue,

Thanks & Regards
Nandu :)

Virus

I can solve your virus problem and the other issue might be resolved in the process.

First run a scan with this online scanner (Use internet explorer to start the scanner):

http://safety.live.com

After that scan finishes and has cleaned anything found, run this online scanner (Use internet explorer to start the scanner):

http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/

After that scan finishes and cleaned anything found download and install the free trial of ESET NOD32 antivirus. Yes, you just scanned with that utility, however the downloadable version has a startup scan that checks any files that start with the system. If any malicious ones are located they are quarantined awaiting your decision to restore them or remove them.

http://www.eset.com/products/nod32.php

After you install the scanner restart your computer! Regardless if it asks you to or not, restart your computer, then update the security definitions of scanner, then perform and in-depth scan on all hard-drives. After the scan finishes and has removed any malicious files, download and install the free version of Ad-Aware:

http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_free.php

Once again, after you install it restart your computer. After the restart update the security definitions then perform a Full Scan. After the scan is complete and has removed any intrusions download and install Spybot Search & Destroy. NOTE: Do NOT install TeaTimer(.exe)! You will be asked if you want it during the installation of Spybot. This utility will cause a possibly fatal conflict with NOD32 and can cause complications with your system! So please DO NOT install TeaTimer.

http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-amp-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10122137.html?tag=mncol

After you install Spybot, restart your computer. After the restart update the security definitions of spybot and run a scan. After the scan completes remove any entries found then download and install AVG Anti-Rootkit Free:

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Antivirus/AVG-Anti-Rootkit.shtml

After installation restart your computer. After the restart perform an in-depth scan of all your hard-drives. After the scan download and install CCleaner.

http://www.ccleaner.com

After installing CCleaner you do not have to restart your computer. Simply start the application and run the cleaner. This will clean out the temporary directories of web browsers and popular applications where viruses will sometimes nest themselves waiting to strike. Cleaning out these directories often helps keep your system clean. After the cleaning finishes click on the, "registry" tab. Now scan for any issues. If anything is found select to fix the issues. When prompted, make a backup of the files and save this file to a location you can remember! If for any reason removing these registry entries causes abnormalities you will double-click the file that you just saved and it will restore everything that was just erased. This is your computer's life-line if for some reason a critical system registry entry was erased. On the bright side, removing these issues from the registry might fix your shut-down issue.

I hope you get this virus removed. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Iam not able complete remove virus from pc

You must boot into Safe Mode after restarting. The virus wont have a chance to load. From there, run the Mcafee scan and delete the viruses. After restart, it should be gone, if not, let me know as there are other methods.
