Question about MSI EX465 Notebook
My msi ex465 was only 1 yr and 3 months...
Try to remove your battery. plug it in and start it up. then shut it down . replace the battery.. plug it in and then start up. this may help

Hello my friend,this is looks like the windows is corrupted and your windows cannot boot ,maybe this is caused by a virus,you can try reinstalling the windows but i don't recommend it if its a virus problem.I recommend you formatting your computer or restore your laptop to factory settings.The last one it depends on laptop some have special restore partitions on the hard drive, usually you press alt+F10,F10,F11 or F12 after powering on the laptop, and it goes into a restore program that wipes your drive and returns the laptop back to the way it was when you first purchased it.
Note all your programs and data will be deleted if you restore the computer.

SOURCE: my msi ex465 wont start up on battery mode only the power lead on , while on ac it does but i need to unplug for several times before it will do,,, i have done reformatting it for several times...ho
possible solution for that is to change the motherboard we have the same issue
