SOURCE: VIzio channels won't change

press the menu button in the middle of your remote and scroll over to the middle tab that's labled "TV" and then scroll down to "auto search". click on this option by pressing the right arrow key on your remote so that your T.V. and "re-scan for channels. It might take awile. I took me about 5 minutes but for majority of the time it was stuck on 45% while it was scanning.

SOURCE: HDTV CHANNEL NUMBERS

Channel numbers depend on the station, not your TV. Check the channel listings in your local paper for channel assignments.

You can also go to www.antennaweb.org and click on the "choose an antenna" button. This brings up a page that asks for your address. It wants this information to pinpoint your location, but all you need to give is your zip code. Continue through the next couple of screens and you will get a list of all the stations in your area and their distances. The channel number information is there as well.

Please take a moment to rate this solution a fixya, and thanks for asking here!

SOURCE: how do I get from 480 to 1080p on my tv?

1080P is a quality you'll only get with a blue ray quality video. Therefore, you won't get 1080P on cable tv. If your cable provider has HD channels available, you'll be able to get 720 or 1080i quality video (on those channels only). For the best quality, make sure you are using an HDMI cable. Just be sure your cable box supports an HDMI output. Your Vizio definately supports that type of input. If you have a PS3 or alternative blue ray player, you'll be able to watch 1080P.

SOURCE: No Picture

I called Vizio, was told I needed a hard reset, and this fixed my problem: I unplugged the TV; held down the on button for one minute, then plugged it back in. It works fine now.

What channel is nbc on vizio

The Brand of TV does NOT Change what order the channels are in. Channels are on the same channel no matter what brand tv you have. Look online for Tv with your zip code after it this will get you all your channels in your area. Or ask your cable provider for a channel list.

MMy Vizio 32" tv only gets 16 channels

If your Vizio TV has a built-in HD converter, 16 channels is what you can expect. If the channels are identified with decimals such as 10.1, 10.2, etc. they are HD. The cable connection you refer to must be connected to an antenna, otherwise you would have a cable box and a monthly bill from some cable company

I can't program my tv chanel , some of the channerll are missed tv LG flat panel

A simple suggestion that may work--tried to direct enter a channel like 21 enter to see if it goes there? If it does you should be able to go into menu and ADD it to the up/down memory of channels, takes time but if works better than nothing. (can also remove channels in same way---shopping and golf channels are first ones I always delete.
