Question about LG LDF6920ST Stainless Steel 24 in. Built-in Dishwasher
My dishwasher has been doing this for some time. When you start the normal wash cycle the first cycle in the program is that the drain pump kicks on to remove any access water. Next the dishwasher begins to fill with water. About half way through the filling cycle the drain pump kicks on for no reason (while filling!). Doesn't make any sense. If I open the door during the fill/drain cycle...everything stops (of course). When I close the door and allow the dishwasher to continue it's cycle...it will fill properly then go through the rise cycle as it should. Recently this problem has been surfacing during program drain/fill operations throughout the wash cycle...which then kicks an E1 code (water leakage). Water isn't leaking, it's being pumped out while filling. Any help would be apprecaited!!
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
