Help My HP L1706 17" LCD Monitor seems to have a Yellowish/Greenish tint on the screen, How do i sort this problem so that my screen is back to normal setting?

With the price of monitors these days, you can pick up a 19" new for less than 100. Or you can find them used for 50. I would replace it, but if you want to keep it, the go to HP web site and get an user manuel and try to adjust the settings.

How to clean a monitor screen?

The best way to clean lcd monitors and touchscreen devices is with a microfiber cloth and a solution of 50% water and 50% white vinegar. This is basically what they sell in stores for about 1000 times the price that you can make it for.

I need an internal pin out diagram for a 4 Pin connector to connect power supply to a hp pavillion f70 monitor. I do have a power supply with same specs but it has a normal plug with outer as +ve and Inner...

12 VDC , 4.16 A (4,16 A) Frequency: 50/60 Hz Power Consumption: less than 36 W in operating mode.
I think the other two pins are not used. It just requires the 12 Volts DC. +ve and -ve, positive and negative, respectively.

Monitor flashing black lines fs7600

It's time to responsibly recycle any CRT monitor,
and either find a friend who has a CRT monitor that is gathering dust, and offer to take it off their hands, or to spend $50 (or $100) to buy a used (or new) 17" LCD monitor.

Need the part number for the plug-in for the hp pavilion f1703

Assuming you mean the power adapter. Can't give you HP part number, but the one I've got is a Delta Electronics model ADP-50SH Rev. B, 100-240V 1500mA 50-60Hz input with 12V 4160mA output, positive center. Serial number is L6W0411009446. Hope that helps.

What is proper way to clean a 917Sw monitor?

I use a 70% isopropyply alcohol mixture with an equal amount of water. 50/50. Do Not use a paper towel but a clean soft cloth.
or
most comp stores will have special wipes or special cleaning stuff. best to use those as most are anti streak and anti static. water doens't evaporate completely and so you get annoying streaks.

Normally it is no more then $45-$50 total.
It will take about 2-3 hours but normally I reccomend a 24 hour period to allow for full after repair testing to ensure everything is running as it should.
