Question about HP PhotoSmart Office Equipment & Supplies
Started off saying ink cartridges not aligned but kept printing....then copying facility went....then scanning....now won't print and keep getting message Ink System Failure and code Oxc190002. Tells me to switch off and turn off again....no difference. Have tried unplugging from back of printer (not at wall) - but no difference. Any help gratefully received. Thank you.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Ink system failure
Try the following reset:
Hold the OK and the Help button at the same time. While holding them down, plug the power in. Continue to hold both buttons until the unit shut off.
After shutting down, release both buttons and power on the printer.
Alternatively follow instructions on this document from HP.

SOURCE: I have a Ink System Failure.
I had this same problem but with a different error code. Try doing:
1. Unplug the power cord from printer.
2. Hold both o.k and Cancel simultaneously.
3. Plug the power cable while holding the buttons.
After I did this my printer reconfigured like it used to do and it was like it was new again.... well new plus a headache a managed to get while reading all these little posts. I hope this helps!
